The EU AI Act requires you to know which AI you use and which risk class it falls into. According to ISACA (2026), only 38 % of organisations have a formal AI governance policy at all. AI Inventory Compact closes exactly that gap: we record all your AI systems, classify them under the AI Act and document them so the result holds up in an audit — at a fixed price, in about two weeks. No enterprise tool, no hourly risk.

One entry per system: purpose, vendor, data flow, responsible person, role under the AI Act. The document an authority asks for first.

We prepare and document. The binding classification and sign-off is done by your legal counsel or a notified body. On request we can coordinate a review of your register by a specialised law firm at additional cost.
Vendors change their terms. A register from March is a snapshot by September. That is what KI-Radar Pro is for — the same register, kept current, with a dated quarterly record.

It documents in a traceable way what was known at what time, who checked it and on what source. Whether an authority accepts your overall documentation depends on more than us — we owe the documentation, not the outcome of an inspection.
Yes, as an optional additional step. On request we coordinate a binding review and sign-off of your AI register by a specialised law firm (IT law / data protection). Scope and price are agreed individually. AI CostGuard itself does not provide legal advice.
