What this portal is for

It records what we owe you under the service description — so that it is provable, not merely promised.

  • Your AI inventory Every system you use, classified under the EU AI Act. The classification comes from us — it does not come back to you as an empty field (clause 4.1).
  • An alert when something changes We watch the vendor sources behind your tools and report deviations — with the snapshot as evidence (clause 4.4).
  • Quarterly record One document per quarter recording the state of things. It is the authoritative document and stays in German (clause 5).

The interface is available in English. Directory entries, the AI register we produce, the quarterly record and the contract annexes remain in German — they are the authoritative documents.
